Many Happy Returns!

Welcome to the Mid-Week, Acting Fans, never fear you're halfway to the weekend now! Just what have we got in store for you today? Well, in case you haven't been paying attention, we've already got our second Actor's Log of this month up. Yep, instead of being all mopey about a listless Lupercalia we've gone and got in touch with our inner 'wolf' or rather one of our felonious thespians has, and he might have gotten a little carried away with it!

 

Yes, Two months into 2014 and were feeling pretty good about getting three videos out already (yes, we're counting the New Year Vlog - and you can't stop us!) as well as being pretty chuffed with how the videos themselves have turned out. We know we can't sit back though and we're really trying to get Episode 6 off the back burner and really getting cooking.
To that end we've already had a meeting this week and put H-Head 1 and H-Head 2 together to discuss our next phase. It's important right now as there could be an upcoming change of status at H&H HQ which may (briefly) interfere with series filming, so we've been mooting ideas of what to do in those circumstances but there'll be more on that in m'learned colleagues Friday Post. Never fear though, Acting Fans, H&H shall prevail!

Now before I sign off I'd like to take a moment to wish a Happy Birthday to someone extra-special, you see today is my Mum's birthday and (even though I've told her in person already) I'd like to wish her a very happy one and many happy returns so:

Return To the End Of The Beginning

Welcome to the weekend, Acting Fans and other peoples of the Internets, and this weekend it's a most special time of year - yes, tomorrow it's time for the Vernniversary. To celebrate the most auspicious arrival of your favourite Colossal Acting Talent on our humble planet we will be assembling the H&H Productions News Team to anchor rolling coverage of what should really be a national holiday! In lieu of a day off please join me in once again wishing the Vernster a very Happy Birthday and many happy returns!
Anyway as it's his Birthday we've decided a little treat (for you lot) to celebrate the fact is in order before this Monday, that you should already be #SAVETHEDAYing remember, so we dug back into the H&H archives and sifted out this little bit of H&H History. Yes, we're spoiling you again. As a little 'Thank you' to everyone who helped us get this thing off the ground and get the pilot filmed we shot this short on my Dad's camcorder (for effect, yes, yes, okay AND because we are a Low-to-No Budget production) and, after a dust off with a quick once-over, we thought we'd stick it out there for you lot as a 'thank you' for tuning in to the felonious acting of our two struggling thespians.

So there you go a quick look through the wayback machine to the very beginning, we hope you enjoyed it! Oh, and there might be a bit of a connection with the upcoming #SAVETHEDAY event this very Monday, yes, we can be a bit sneaky like that seeding things to come. You really should keep your eyes peeled when watching Harcourt & Haigh, y'know. HAPPY ANNIVERNSARY!!!

Yes, Acting Fans, it's that special time of year again! What?!
NO! Not Goth Christmas, you've well missed that! And, NO, not Bonfire Night neither!
It's the time of year where we reflect on when a certain man incarnated on our tiny planet, a man who came to save us all, or at least to watch a heck of a lot of Manga cartoons and Honk Kong films! Yes, Acting Fans, rejoice for today of all days he came unto us - The Vern!

Behold THE VERN!

Rumour has it that the gentle giant of mirth was rocketed to the relative safety of our little blue dot by his loving parents as their doomed world exploded!

The other rumour is that that isn't true at all but that Vern started spreading the first rumour himself because, well, who wants to think about their parents, y'know, doing the deed. Eew!
Nevertheless from that fateful November the 9th onwards the world would forever cower in the shadow of the Colossal Acting Talent that now bestrode it like a, well, like a Colossus!
